In order to promote the longevity of your heating and air conditioning equipment and to keep it functioning efficiently and economically, we propose a preventative maintenance service policy.  

Anyone can call Blaine Inc. any time of day or any day of the year to schedule a service appointment.  Our service technicians are trained to fix all major air conditioning brands, and are available 7 days a week to perform emergency maintenance.

We offer residential, commercial and industrial service maintenance agreements.  Charges would be dependent on number of units, location and frequency of maintenance.  Call Carie and she will work up a maintenance agreement for your individual needs!
