The following services are provided:

Furnace

• Clean and adjust automatic controls
• Clean Burners
• Check Amperage Draw
• Check Supply Voltage
• Adjust Combustion for optimum fuel efficiency
• Lubricate as needed
• Test for combustion leaks
• Test safety shutoff response
• Check blower belt wear, tension & alignment
• Replace air filter(s)
• Check flue for satisfactory operation
• Clean evaporator coil

Air Conditioner

• Check electrical connections for tightness
• Clean condenser coil
• Adjust system for optimum cooling
• Check for oil and refrigerant leaks
• Check safety devices
• Check blower belt wear, tension & alignment
• Check expansion valve & coil temperatures
• Replace air filter(s)
• Check refrigerant level
• Check and clear condensate drain
• Lubricate as needed

If any faulty parts are found on the equipment, we will allow a discount rate on the purchase and installation of new parts.
